Booking your hunt
Contact us with your requested hunt info, we will send you a contract with dates, monies and all info for you to sign and return with a 20% deposit if you are booking a hunt more than1 year ahead. If you are booking a hunt less than I year ahead there will be a 40% deposit required. As soon as we receive your signed contract and deposit, we'll mail you back a formal receipt with confirmation of your hunting dates.
The remaining balance is due in cash upon your arrival in main camp. Since we're in hunting camp continuously from early April thru mid June and early August thru the end of September, we operate on a cash only basis. If you wish to prepay your hunt by personal check before we leave for hunting camp in mid-August, we need to have the check no later than 60 days prior to your hunt so it will have ample time to clear prior to our departure to hunting camp.
In early June we send out a packet of information to each person in your hunting party outlining total cost of their hunt, deposits received, balance due and included is all the paperwork for your license and tags to be purchased from us and waiting in camp for your arrival. This way there is absolutely no misunderstanding when you arrive in camp.
Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit is a commitment from you to us that you're coming on the hunt that you've booked. When we accept your deposit we're also making a commitment to provide you with that specific hunt. If you can't make the hunt that you've booked, please call us immediately. If you can't make the hunt for any reason, you can find a replacement hunter in a timely manner for the same dates and cost. If you don't send a replacement hunter within adequate time before the hunt is scheduled, we will fill the hunt and you will forfeit your deposit.
